This book I found so meaningful and inspiring as I did not realize all the things that can so easily be done to help others in need or to someone they are appreciated! This book has over 300 sections, each with several tips of kind acts to do (most do not cost any money, just a tiny amount of time)!Love the section of FRIENDS, some of these I did today and it felt great doing them, yet they took just a little bit of my time.
