As the author of Chronic Migraine Relief: Paths to Heal Your Brain I’m used to looking at research and searching for natural answers to problems. While the book could’ve used a table of contents, the conditions are in alphabetical order so it’s not hard to figure out. The only downside to this approach is if a condition you’d like info on is not covered, you wouldn’t know until you’ve leafed through that section.
Overall, though, the authors give great ideas on how to manage a very wide range of conditions, commenting on herbs, supplements, vitamins, minerals and other natural interventions (such as chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture and massage).
